such as number one grade Southern yellow pine on our wood framed
models, Micro Pro Life pressure treated 2” by 6” floor joist
spaced every 16” then dadoed into our pressure treated 4” x
6” skids and fastened with 12D adhesive coated ring shank nails
and diagonally screwed with 4” lag bolt and then sheathed with
pressure treated ¾ tongue and grove plywood for decking,
fastened every 8” with a 2 ½” stainless steel screw.
Galvanized Brackets that are MAXIMUM not minimum! And a solid
ONE PIECE ROOF SYSTEM made from Structural Grade Corrugated
Aluminum that is crimped in the Middle and Screwed to Steel
Hat Channels every 6” to 8” with a neoprene casketed machine
screw. At Lark we don’t take shortcuts “EVER”!!! We are single-minded
